The Spectacular BFR bank holiday bash ;-)

Alright fellow running buddies, i think its time to celebrate again! So many of us have invested so much time and effort into our training which has clearly paid off; smashing PBs and runners defeating new distances.

So that means it's time to treat yourselves! Friday 24th May, Wokingham Don Beni, followed by a pub, then a club (if you're feeling brave).

This is open to everyone and it's a great way to meet people.
