Richmond run
Tomorrows Richmond run will start from the Old Deer Park Car Park,Richmond TW9 2RA at 9.00am. The car park charges from 11.00am,so car sharing is recommended (8.15am sports centre),change is needed for machine.
The route will be following the Thames tow path into London and will be out and back around 18 miles @ 9 min mile pace. Putney bridge is 8.5m so probably a good turn around point.
Nows here's the good bit ,I'll be there but not running (injured)"So that may encourage a few more to attend",so if anyone fancies a walk along the Thames with me and my dog you're more than welcome. I'm sure a cafe will be visited when the runners return.
