GDPR rules

Dear Club member

Thank you if you have already renewed your membership to the club and also responded to our request for you to confirm your membership details are correct.
We have decided to extend the deadline for renewing membership ?until Midnight on Sunday May 20th?, it will be assumed that anyone who has not renewed no longer wishes to remain a member due to the new GDPR rules.
We have to record your consent to share information and receive emails, texts and post from the club as part of the new General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR).
We require to record your consent or not ?until midnight on 20th May.? If you do not consent before this deadline it will be assumed that you do not consent and you will stop receiving any emails or correspondence from the Bracknell Forest Runners.

Please email me at and give your consent or refusal via email.
I need an email in order to have an audit trail to show I have not simply gone in and changed peoples consent status.
The new GDPR law comes into effect ?on 25th May?, please help achieve compliance by completing this request for consent. If you see other club members at events over the next couple of weeks please ask them if they have done the GDPR consent as ?after 25th May? we will no longer be able to make contact with them.
Any concerns or issues please contact me and if I can help I will.
With Best Wishes
Jonathon Errington
