Club Colours / Kit

Club colours/kit must be worn when you compete at:

  1. Any of the Thames Valley Cross Country league races.
  2. Any of the races forming our Club Championship
  3. At any event where we compete as a team e.g. County Cross Country Championships and relay events like The Bounders and Runnymede Relays.

Most races organised under England Athletics (EA) rules include a premium payment if an entrant is not affiliated to an EA affiliated club. Members of Bracknell Forest Runners benefit from exemption of that premium payment. Therefore we strongly encourage members to wear club colours/kit during races.

Not only does wearing the BFR colours/kit allow you to spot other Foresters at a distance but also helps build a good club spirit and acts as great advertising for prospective new members.

As an encouragement to new members a free club vest or tee shirt will be supplied on joining. Further kit purchases can be made from our kit administrator Deena Robinson who is usually at our Sunday and Wednesday training sessions or can be contacted at kit@bracknell-forest-runners.org.uk

Deena can supply prices for each of the various pieces of kit we hold in stock. BFR hoodies have to be ordered separately so that they can be personalised; please contact Deena or Mike Sankey for details of upcoming orders.
